The home must be in Tampa or within about 25 miles. That includes St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Brandon, and nearby communities. We’ll review the address to confirm.
Apply for a home you own, or nominate the person who owns it. They need to know you’re applying, agree to the remodel and filming, and be available for the timeline. No surprise nominations.
Tell us what’s going on and what this would mean to you or the person you’re nominating. We can’t consider an application without a photo of the bathroom as it is now.
We’re filming the whole experience—from choosing the winner and designing the space to construction and the final reveal. The winner must be comfortable on camera and with us sharing it on social media.
We plan to start as soon as possible after the winner is chosen. You’ll need to be available for design meetings, filming, and work at the home. Our goal is to finish before the holidays, barring unforeseen circumstances.

To be eligible to win, the entrant must follow both CFN Management and DJ Bryant on Instagram, tag people in the comments on our Instagram giveaway post, and share that post to their Instagram Story. All three steps are required, even if someone else shared this application link with them. Eligibility will be checked before the remodel is awarded.
The bathroom must be in a home owned by the applicant or nominated homeowner, in Tampa or about 25 miles around Tampa, including the surrounding communities listed above. The team will confirm the project address. You must own the home or nominate its owner with their knowledge and agreement. The homeowner must be available and agree to the project, filming, and social media participation.
Provide your name, email, phone number, Instagram username, the bathroom’s current address, a story of at least 100 characters, and a current photo of that bathroom. Applications without a bathroom photo cannot be considered. Nominations must also include the homeowner’s name.
Design, materials, and labor for the agreed bathroom remodel are covered. The scope, home access, permissions, schedule, and filming arrangements will be agreed with the homeowner before work starts. We plan to begin as soon as possible after selection, with the goal of finishing before the holidays. Completion timing is subject to unforeseen circumstances, required approvals, and scheduling.
The winner must participate on camera throughout selection, design, construction, and the reveal, and be comfortable with the experience being shared on social media.

Yes. The design, materials, and labor for the bathroom remodel are covered. We’ll agree on the project scope with the homeowner before work starts. The bill for that remodel is $0.
Yes. They must own the home, know you’re nominating them, and agree to the filming and holiday timeline. We’d love a surprise too, but we need the homeowner ready and available.
Please get a current photo before you apply. It’s required, and we can’t consider an application without one. A clear photo from your phone is fine.
Yes. We’re documenting the whole experience, including selection, design, construction, and the reveal, and sharing it on social media. The homeowner must be comfortable taking part.
That’s the goal. We plan to start as soon as possible after selection. The homeowner needs to be available and ready for the work. Unforeseen conditions, approvals, or scheduling can affect the finish date.
